The family room was huge and perfect for us, and the staff are so lovely. Shuttle service was reliable too. And we left our car on site for 10 days whilst on holiday, much cheaper than official carparks.

We checked in late at night for our flight next morning. The staff was so warm and welcoming and promptly showed us to our room. It was a family room that had a common toilet and 2 separate bedrooms, separated by a door. Very lovely room and facilities. They helped us book an airport shuttle and breakfast for the next day as well. Breakfast was great too!

My room was spacious and clean. The staff were all lovely. Such a friendly staff group. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cereals, juices, muffins, bacon, sausages, beans. The lovely waitress asked how I would like my eggs, these were cooked to order. Would stay again with pleasure. Thank you all. Little Ming Ming the hotel cat was a welcome little friend too!

We found it really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Salah who answered all our questions, helped us book a transfer, helped us with parking whilst we were away, the driver that took us to the airport was patient as we were running late, and the cleaner caught us before we left as we had left something in the room, the food was lovely, I have already recommended the hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

It was a great one night stay! However figuring out how to catch the bus to the airport was rather difficult and the staff pointed me to a bus stop where the airport bus didn’t stop, they do provide a shuttle but it was 15 pounds. The facilities were nice and comfortable, and I had a great night of rest before traveling again in the morning! Check in was easy and you could order food if needed for breakfast :)

I appreciated the little Restaurant serving good, honest food in the evening. ( usually until 20-20.30). The first shuttle bus of the day to the airport arrived on the minute at the front door. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We arrived back at Stansted at an ungodly hour in the morning and were pleased to be able to fall into bed before driving home. For various reasons I had booked parking elsewhere before deciding on this hotel; on another occasion I would use it for parking too.
